Yes. Every document carries the mentions required by article 145 of the General Tax Code: full issuer identity (ICE, IF, RC, business tax, CNSS), business customer ICE, sequential numbering, date, line detail, VAT by rate and total incl. VAT.
The Common Company Identifier has 15 digits. It must appear on the issuer invoices and, since 2019, the customer one when it is a business. Fatoura checks the format on entry.
Each line has its own rate (20, 14, 10, 7 or 0%). Fatoura computes base and VAT by rate and prints a compliant summary at the bottom of the document.
Yes. Documents are generated in a structured format, signed, time-stamped and carry a QR code. Transmission to the DGI platform is available on Business and Firm plans.
