Privacy policy

1. Data controller

AbodyStudio Limited, Technopark, Route de Nouaceur, 20150 Casablanca, Maroc, is the controller of the personal data processed on the Fatoura platform. Contact: support@fatoura.ma.

2. Data collected

• Account data: name, email, phone, language, hashed password.
• Company data: legal name, ICE, IF, RC, address, bank details.
• Data entered in the service: customers, business documents, payments.
• Technical data: IP address, sign-in logs, device used.
• Messages sent through the website forms (contact, demo request): name, email, phone, company, message content and attachments, plus the page used, the browser and an encrypted fingerprint of the IP address used to fight abuse.

3. Purposes

Data is processed to provide the service, manage subscriptions and billing, offer support, secure accounts and meet our legal obligations. It is never sold.

Messages sent through the website forms are used to handle your request (answer, demonstration, sales follow-up related to that request). The form’s consent box records your agreement to this processing.

4. Legal basis

Processing relies on the performance of the subscription contract, legal obligations (tax and accounting), our legitimate interest in securing the service and, where applicable, your consent.

5. Recipients

Data is only accessible to the publisher’s authorized staff and to its technical providers (hosting, email delivery, payment), all bound by confidentiality.

6. Transfers outside Morocco

Any transfer abroad complies with articles 43 and 44 of law 09-08 and, where required, is made after CNDP authorization.

7. Retention

Account data is kept for the duration of the subscription. Accounting records and supporting documents are kept for 10 years, as required by the Commercial Code.

Messages received through the website forms are deleted automatically 365 days after they arrive, or earlier on request.

8. Security

Encrypted connections, hashed passwords, two-factor authentication, an audit log and daily backups protect your data.

9. Your rights

Under articles 7, 8 and 9 of law 09-08, you have the right to access and correct your data and to object, on legitimate grounds, to its processing. To exercise these rights, write to support@fatoura.ma. You may also contact the National Commission for the Control of Personal Data Protection (CNDP, www.cndp.ma).
