Terms of use
Please read these terms carefully before using the service.
1. Purpose
These terms govern access to and use of the Fatoura platform, published by AbodyStudio Limited. Creating an account means accepting these terms without reservation.
2. Account and access
Users guarantee that the information given at sign-up is accurate, including their company identifiers (ICE, IF, RC). They are responsible for keeping their credentials confidential and for any action taken from their account. Two-factor authentication is recommended.
3. Free trial
A 14-day free trial, with no credit card, is offered on eligible plans. When it ends, the account moves to the chosen plan or to limited access.
4. Subscription and payment
Prices are in Moroccan dirhams excluding tax; 20% VAT is added. Subscriptions are monthly or yearly, with no commitment beyond the current period, payable by card or bank transfer. Late payment may lead to suspension after the grace period.
5. User obligations
Users remain solely responsible for the content of their business documents and for their tax and social security filings. They undertake not to use the service for unlawful purposes or to compromise its security.
6. Data and portability
Data entered remains the user’s property and can be exported at any time. Issued documents are kept for the legal archiving period. Personal data processing is described in the privacy policy.
7. Availability
The publisher uses reasonable means to keep the service available around the clock, except for maintenance announced in advance whenever possible.
8. Liability
The publisher’s liability is limited to direct damage and capped at the amount paid by the user over the last twelve months.
9. Termination
Users may cancel their subscription at any time from their workspace; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. The publisher may close an account in case of a serious breach of these terms.
10. Changes
These terms may change. Users are informed of any substantial change before it takes effect.
11. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by Moroccan law. Failing an amicable settlement, any dispute falls within the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Casablanca.
