From the customer record to sending by email: the steps to issue a compliant invoice in minutes.
A compliant invoice takes three steps: the customer, the lines, then validation. Once validated, it gets its final number and can no longer be edited.
1. Check the customer record
For a business customer, fill in the 15-digit ICE, company name and address. They are copied onto the invoice automatically.
2. Add the lines
- Pick a catalog product or type a free line.
- Enter the quantity, unit price excluding tax and the VAT rate.
- Net, VAT and gross totals are computed on every line.
3. Validate and send
Click Validate: the invoice gets its number in the year’s sequence. You can then download the PDF or email it with a payment link.
